How can we pay?
We require full payment at the time of booking. This can be done via payment link with card or by international bank transfer. Details will be attached in confirmation email after reservation has been made.

Do we get our money back if the weather is bad ?

As per our cancellation policy - Cancellations due to weather are only at the discretion of our captain. If our captain deems the weather or sea conditions unsafe at any point, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (Subject to availability). If the weather is not deemed unsafe but not ideal, the decision to proceed, cancel or reschedule is up to the guest.
Where do we find the account details ?

After you book your charter you will receive a confirmation email with our Ts & Cs including account details and steps to follow to secure booking.
