How do we pay and when do you require payment ?

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking payable by international bank transfer and the remaining balance to be cleared in cash on the day of your charter.


Do we get our money back if the weather is bad ?

As per our cancellation policy - Cancellations due to weather are only at the discretion of our captain. If our captain deems the weather or sea conditions unsafe at any point, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (Subject to availability).


Where do we find the account details ?

After you book your charter you will receive a confirmation email with our Ts & Cs including account details and steps to follow to secure booking.
